My timing was 12.31 minutes and I plan just to run more to get used to running longer distances and also faster for the shuttle run too. I am also going to cycle 100km this month.
My timing for the 2.4km run was 16.32 mins which means I just passed. To improve my timing, I am going to train my stamina and also push myself when doing the 2.4km run.

ReplyDeleteI can improve my stamina by running 2.4km every week and cycling around the nearby park every Sunday.
My timing was around 14 mins i can run a few rounds around my park or go out and play more soccer ;D
