Your 2.4km timing and a way to make you run faster.

  1. My timing was 12.31 minutes and I plan just to run more to get used to running longer distances and also faster for the shuttle run too. I am also going to cycle 100km this month.

  6. My timing for the 2.4km run was 13.57 minutes. To improve on it, I think I am going to exercise and run more to build my fitness.

  8. My timing for the 2.4km run was 16.32 mins which means I just passed. To improve my timing, I am going to train my stamina and also push myself when doing the 2.4km run.

    I can improve my stamina by running 2.4km every week and cycling around the nearby park every Sunday.
